Full payment by check can be mailed to Valley Yoga, 82 Broad Street, Westfield, MA 01085 at least one week prior to workshop/event to reserve your space. You can pay online using Google Checkout after completing and submitting this workshop registration form.
If you need to cancel your reservation, we need five days notice for a full refund to be given.
