In addition to our regular group classes, we offer a variety of classes that have a special focus. Our therapeutic courses are designed to help with specific conditions. Our Yoga From Scratch course offers a space for those new to yoga to learn the postures, practice appropriate modifications, and learn the benefits of the poses. Our workshops focus on yogic techniques that help the practitioner explore the alternative and deeper aspects of yoga in classes that are generally 1 ½- 3 hours in length.
