As part of Student Appreciation Month, we're shining the spotlight on a handful of our most dedicated students. First up is Sharon Greenberg!
Sharon became curious about yoga about 7 years ago, and has been practicing ever since. As a monthly member at Valley Yoga, Sharon comes to class anywhere from 10-16 times per month, and because of her regular and disciplined practice, has noticed that she has become more mindful and has better balance and posture. Her "can't miss" classes are gentle & yin.
Off her mat, Sharon spent 15 years as an occupational therapist, mostly in Home Care for VNA, and now she spends her time gardening, exercising, and as a volunteer for the Missouri Botanical Garden.
VY teachers love having Sharon in class because she is always smiling, upbeat, committed to her practice, and open to trying new things.
