If there has ever been a time in your life where you’ve felt stuck, overwhelmed or out of control it was probably due to one or multiple blocked chakras. The Chakras are energy centers in the body that link the flow of energy between our physical, emotional, and phycological experiences. Often an unbalanced chakra is the cause of certain personality flaws that have negative effects on our day to day life.
But what causes a Chakra to become blocked and how do you identify which one is the cause of your unhappiness? To identify this, you must first learn the importance and function of all seven chakras and learn how they interact with one other. Then with the use of yoga and other mindfulness techniques you can balance the energy flow of your chakra system, in order to experience a more balanced and satisfying life.
