Core Sculpt is a real pain in the abs! It's an upbeat and challenging practice designed to increase core strength while keeping your heart rate up. Strengthening core muscles helps with balance, stability, alignment, and overall posture, making you stronger in everything you do. Build your core and learn how to use that foundational strength functionally in your day-to-day life. The practice is intense (you will sweat!) but easy to follow, a great complement to your regular yoga practice.

Yoga Nidra is an ancient and powerful meditation technique that will allow you to experience complete physical, mental, and emotional relaxation, and to untap powers buried in the deeper layers of your subconscious and unconscious mind.
Guided by Joe’s voice, you will be led to identify sensations throughout your body, focus on your breath, and sink into a state of relaxed awareness so that you can release deeply held tensions. In yoga nidra, during what may appear to be sleep, the unconscious mind is functioning at a deeper level. Some liken it to the state of mind experienced during hypnosis; an inward lucidity is present, and experiences from yoga nidra may be absorbed to be recalled later.
